* All delivery times are estimates and run from the date of dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day. International orders may be subject to customs duties payable by the recipient.
Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. After this period, unfortunately we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty.
Condition of Returns
All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Fragrances and beauty products must be unopened and unused.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: opened fragrances, opened beauty products, pierced jewellery, and personalised/custom items.
How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@luxeora.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid returns label within 24 hours. Pack the item securely and drop it at any post office or collection point.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return and verify the condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email. Please allow a further 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Simply return the unwanted item for a full refund and place a new order for the correct size or colour. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@luxeora.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange either a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.
