Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express (next day) is available at checkout for orders placed before 1pm. International orders typically arrive within 5–10 working days depending on destination.
Yes — free standard shipping on all UK orders over £75. Orders under £75 incur a flat £3.95 delivery fee.
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status under My Account → Orders.
Orders can be amended or cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, our fulfilment team will have already begun processing. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Fragrances and skincare must be unopened and unused.
Visit our Shipping & Returns page and fill in the return request form. We'll email you a prepaid returns label within 24 hours.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation. Please allow a further 3–5 days for your bank to process the refund.
We're so sorry if this has happened. Please photograph the damage and email us at hello@luxeora.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Fragrances should be stored away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures — ideally in a cool, dry place. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms where humidity can affect the formula.
Yes! You can add luxury gift wrapping at checkout for £4.95. Your order will arrive in a Luxéora gift box with a handwritten card.
